Melt the chocolate togther with butter and two tablespoons of water. Add the sugar. Beat in the egg yolks one at the time. Add strong coffee, rum, cognac or something similar until the consistency is like mayonnaise. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and gently fold them into the chocolate mix. Poor the mix into a bowl or individual serving pots and leave in the fridge to cool down. Serve decorated with whipped cream.
